Marc Rijkenberg Law is a sole proprietorship law firm, practising in Cobourg, Belleville, Peterborough and Lindsey Ontario, Canada. Marc holds three degrees: a Bachelor of Primary Education (B.Prim.Ed), a Bachelor of Arts (BA) as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). He furthermore obtained an Osgoode Certificate in Construction Law.

Marc has over 27 years of experience in the legal field and has been admitted to practice in three different jurisdictions in the world, namely Ontario Canada, England and Wales, as well as South Africa.

​

He also served on the bench, in South Africa, for many years, where he dealt with criminal, civil and family court.

Marc Rijkenberg Law takes pride in serving our local community and those further afield and also accepts Legal Aid certificates in Criminal, Family, as well as Child and Youth Services matters.

We strive to make our legal services as accessible as possible and also consult with clients after hours and/or using Zoom if they find it more convenient.

We also pride ourselves on being able to assist our clients in English, Dutch and Afrikaans.
